Tiny Collage.3

This week’s collages finished-out one little sketchbook and began filling in another.

The collage above was constructed on the inside back cover of a completed volume.  The collage below was constructed on the inside front cover of a new book.  While all the collages speak to my inner landscape and elements of daily life, the covers are the only places where I actively build upon autobiography via scraps that have collected over the course of several days’ creative play sessions.   I don’t augment these collages with any additional scraps.  The unembellished stories they tell help me remember details of my creative activities that I might otherwise forget or neglect to value.
